A HEALTHY HELLO TO ALL MY FELLOW PACEMAKER RECIPIENTS. i HAVE RECENTLY PASTED THE FOURTEEN MONTH MARK SINCE MY PACEMAKER IMPLANT. i ORGINALLY WENT FOR MY REGULAR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AT THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION, I HAD BEEN HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH SHORTNESS OF BREATH THAT WAS GETTING PROGRESSIVELY WORSE. ON THE PRE-CHECK WITH THE NURSE A HEART BEAT OF 30BPM WAS DETECTED. i WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN TO EMERGENCY AND THEN TO GEISINGER HOSPITAL FOR SURGERY THE FOLLOWING MORNING. i SAW A MARKED IMPROVMENT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS OF THE SURGERY, i HAVE HAD SOME ISSUES WITH SWEATING WHEN I EXERT MY SELF. BUT ALL IN ALL i FEELING PRETTY GOOD AND CAN WALK UP TO. TWO MILES. i RECENTLY HAD MY PULSE RATE ADJUSTED UP TO 130BPM FROM 120BPM AND IT'S GIVEN ME A LITTLE BETTER ENDURANCE. BUY THE WAY IF YOUR WONDERING WHERE TRASH ARTIST COMES FROM, TYPE IT INTO YOUTUBE VIDEOS AND PUT A FACE TO THE WRITING. GOOD LUCK TO ALL, AND I'LL TALK TO YOU AGAIN SOON. It's great that you're doing well. I'm not sure sweating is a bad thing, depending on how bad it is. It also doesn't sound like a heart thing. You might chat with your PCP about it if you're worried.
