Prominent Pacemaker!

Hi,
Had my 1st replacement in October last year. All went well but the new pacemaker is far more prominent than the last one. I can only assume they haven't got the box to fit in the same pocket but was wondering if this is normal?

They try to use the same pocket but sometimes the newer one is a little bit bigger. It can settle in for up to a year.
