burning pain after gen. replacement

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me with this. Because of issue's with the replacement I switched doctors, and it's such a drive to see him, I was hoping someone could let me know if this has happened to them at all.

Since my generator replacement, which was put under my muscle, which I know is more painful, I've had a lot of pain. Now that it's been over a month, it looks well healed, but cannot touch it without hurting, and by hurting, I mean like burning pain.

I'm not sure if this is just something I just need to wait to pass, or something I should be seen for. I'd appreciate any advice at all.
