Lift limit 10 lbs

I had a micra pm implanted 3 days ago and dischargeinstructions say no lifting over 10 lbs.  when can I lift more and how much

The person who gave you the restrictions should have included the duration of the limits.  It varies a lot but it's usually four weeks.  The incision has to heal pretty well so that you don't tear it up again.

With traditional leads, it's 4-6 weeks then after that we can lift whatever we want. Doctors vary, and micra isn't traditional leads, so I'd give them a call and ask.
