I had my first pacemaker placed in March 2019. I am a 38year old female. I woke up last night with a dull soreness at my pacemaker site. I thought I had been sleeping on it funny, so adjusted. The pain continued and this morning, it still is sore, and definitely noticed the pain when changing my toddler's diaper. Could this be something I caused by sleeping on it wrong? I have been fully recovered for a while now.

Pacemakers are usually sutured in place on the muscle or subcutaneous tissue. So if you slept funny, it probably caused it to get displaced some and can cause soreness. I get this from time to time. MIne is not under the muscle but it is sutured down.

I'm 43 and have had my pacemaker four weeks today. I'm looking forward to living another 50 years and this marvelous device inside me will help me do that.
How do you feel, raised temperature?

Remote diagnosis is always fraught with difficulties.
If you feel unwell and have a fever then this symptom is important and you shouldn't waste any time getting to your PCP or EP team.
On the other hand, if you feel well, apart from the PM site soreness, no fever, then it's probably some local muscle bruising.
Best wishes.
