To domkin; had regular under the skin on the left side of your chest pacemaker implanted which I rejected second pacemaker placed in same pocket was supposed to be hyperalgesic coded which after 8 months doctor was notified and told coating never made it on pacemaker there were discussions about gold plating one but since I have psoriasis and eczema and rejected spinal cord stimulators in the past that thought was trashed they implanted the Micra Medtronic pacemaker that has no leads and is placed inside your right ventricle when I was explained about removal procedure of the leads doctor told me that it would have to be done in a big or the reason for that was if the removal of the leaves as they explained they twist the wire clockwise to screw them into your heart muscle and counter-clockwise to unscrew them and then they get removed problem being is if it rips or damages the inside of your heart don't want to scare or upset you but the reason for the big or in the hospital was that if the removal of the leads damage my heart they told me that I would wake up with a cracked chest that they would have to go in and repair the damage luckily nothing like that happened and leads were removed successfully and the next day they put the micro Medtronic pacemaker inside my heart I was told that since the short one year time that those leads were in my heart there shouldn't have been a problem taking them out which happened to be the case
