New to this life. Had pacemaker installed 6 days ago. Scared. I reached for a bottle of water and forgot not to reach. Should I be concerned?

I worried abiut pulling a lead out but then started thinking if these leads are fishooked in my heart or whatever they used if I pulled one out the pain would likely be immense.....
but I get the fear and apprehension... it's normal. Almost 60 days in and I'm forgetting I have a pacemaker in
