Dizzy Spell

I got a pacemaker  9 months ago because I had a dizzy spell incident and today I had another dizzy spell incident after 9 months, is this normal? I was told that I would not have an incident after having a pacemaker. Please help I am devastated because of this incident. I forgot to tell you that I have AFIB.

Can you explain more?  Is this really vertigo or "light headed".  Does the room spin or do you just feel weird.  Can you describe it in more detail?
