3 weeks post op and the leaves are building up in my garden, so I've attached a second belt to the buckle in my trouser belt. The other end is attached to my wrist. See photo in gallery. I filled the wheelie bin in half an hour and never once lifted my arm too high.

Hello McFlatters, whatever helps us keep safe is worth a try. Well done. Great invention. Doesnt it slide up the forearm though, or is it tight around wrist ? Wish I thought of that when I stretched upwards with my pruners during my first 6 weeks. Fortunately nothing happened
