How I stop lifting my arm when gardening

3 weeks post op and the leaves are building up in my garden, so I've attached a second belt to the buckle in my trouser belt. The other end is attached to my wrist. See photo in gallery. I filled the wheelie bin in half an hour and never once lifted my arm too high.

Hello McFlatters, whatever helps us keep safe is worth a try.  Well done.  Great invention.  Doesnt it slide up the forearm though, or is it tight around wrist ?  Wish I thought of that when I stretched upwards with my pruners during my first 6 weeks.  Fortunately nothing happened

Good luck with your pacemaker.  Mine was implanted in May 2018

I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for pacemakers. I've had mine for 35+ years. I was fainting all of the time and had flat-lined also. I feel very blessed to live in this time of technology.
