Interesting. My EP was going to try HIS pacing on me but said it would not work because i have both LBBB and RBBB. Never knew RBBB would be a problem

Nowhere to connect

The idea of His-bundle pacing is to connect high enough to be able to drive both ventricles from a single electrical impulse but low enough to be below the AV node block.
If both branches are blocked, then there's nowhere to connect to with a single lead that will drive both L and R.
But there's always 3-lead CRT if needed.
