But not all that useful either. You can't believe what it's telling you unless you already know what it's telling you. The heart rate is often way off but you do get to know when it's lying. Taken literally, they're useless as heart monitors. With some knowledge of yourself, it can give you information.

Had one for a year and a half, nothing but problems.  Biggest being the batter issue.  On my second and past the one year warrentee.  When this one is done, so is the watch!
