heated clothing

Hi all....there are some very efficent heated clothing (zip top, hoody and parka) brands out there on the market place..they have a battery (power source) and small leads to a warming patch on the lower back and upper shoulder area...you can dial up a heat you like, and it can last from 4 to 14 hours....one brand says no pacemakers...I am wondering if they really know why and what anyone else's experience may be..? cheers..Dave

No problem

Their lawyers got involved.  They know about frivolous law suits but they don't know much about pacemakers.

However, I found a better solution to the cold-weather wear problem was to move South.  It's infinitely better than heated clothing.  I did find that my show shovel makes a really nice long-handled dust pan. ;-)

I have a heated vest that is powered by a large battery that is stored in a pocket.  It also has cords so it can be plugged into a motorcycle while riding.  I’ve used it for a number of cold weather activities with no problems.
