symptoms association with lead moved

What are some of the symptoms you will experience if one your lead wires have moved.  Im concerned that I might have used my left arm too much.  I had the pacemaker inserted April1 and have had the feeling that Im having today.  It is like indigestion and a slight ache in th back under my scapula.

If  a lead moved, it would stop pacing so you'd feel like you did before surgery. It sounds like you just did too much, like you've been sleeping in strange positions. When in doubt call and ask to have an interrogation, but that sounds pretty normal to me.

lead dislodgement

Tracey is right.  My leads (both) were displaced and I left the hospital with same symptoms that landed me there.  I told staff and they responded that my telemetry “looked good”. I should have advocated for myself.  I experiencedthe dizzy spells and could see my ribs hicupping at rest.  When I went for wound check a week later I insisted on speaking with doc.  They did an interrogation and something was “off.” They sent me for a chest X-ray that confirmed lead dislodgment and we repeated the whole process.  What they didn’t tell me was that the pacemaker can be a process in fine tuning.  I thought it was placed and heart was good- not always the case.  Have them explain your settings and what you can expect after Inflammation is down and they can further refine your settings.  Good luck

Since I got my pacemaker, I don't pass out anymore! That's a blessing in itself.
