Best Cardiologist and Hospital for battery change in Kuwait

I have dual chamber Medtronic pacemaker implanted in 2005. I would like to know the best hospital & doctor in Kuwait to have the battery change of my pacemaker. It is more than 13 years living with my pacemaker and the change of the battery is due is next 6 months. Please share your experience. Many thanks.
