Tremors and high blood pressure

I had my pacemaker inserted 6 weeks ago. I started experiencing tremors of my hands 2 weeks post implant. Checked BP and found that my normally low BP pre implant of 90/50 was now 140/110. For the last week or so I felt like I had too much coffee ( BTW, I don't drink it right now). I saw NP and EP yesterday. They lowered rate to 55 bpm and lowered voltaget too. I was told that it will take some time to adapt and to be flexible as the settings may need to be adjusted to get to an optimal level. As someone said to me you don't know how bad you felt until you feel better. I want to feel great and it will take some time.
