I don!t know how to directly respond to posts?
I am happy to hear that it is working for you!
I am doing well. I have been seeing a physical therapist and before my pacer was implanted she tested me on various exercise tolerance tests and then she retested me post pacer and my improvement was measured as statistically significant X 1 or 2 in all areas.
just on a day to day basis I am doing so much better...no dizziness, no black outs no falling
i don't know what PAC turned on means? My wire in my atrium is set for 60-?
my ventricular wire has been changed to on demand
nice chatting with you

Glad you are doing better on exercise tolerance--so am I. And no more pauses!
The Assurity has an alogrithm that speeds up the PM when it detects premature atrial contractions (which can lead to Afib if you have that diagnosis). By speeding up, it can help avoid the PACs from going into Afib. I think it is something that has to be turned on. Mine is and I have felt it a few times. So far I am really happy to have a steady beat that responds to my activity level. It is just brilliant!
