About 4 weeks ago they implanted a CRT in me. First check up went good. Did some work outside the other day, now I have this thumping in my left chest. Can see my chest and arm move. Any Ideas what it might be?

I am just grateful to God that I lived long enough to have my ICD put in. So many people are not as lucky as us; even though we sometimes don't feel lucky.

I woulnt worry too much and sure it will pass. Just your body probably getting use to things. I felt like shit for first 3-4 weeks then bang, everything changed.
I do get something similar to this more so if I lean forwards and when my HR is up at 100+ when exercising. Im left pacing at 98% and right is watching. So, it could be the right lead kicking in or just my baggy left chamber beating about like a wet baloon. It does seem to be getting less and less as weeks go on (I'm 5 weeks post PM) Pacing clinic aren't worried so neither am I. I have cardiomyopathy so the CRT-d has completely fixed my LBBB which is a pleasure in itself. I have my first pacing check next week so will bring it up and share if it's something they've seen.
