Many Shocks

I just had a lead come detached.  I was shocked continually for several minutes until we got enough magnts off our refrigerator, hour and a half later I was at the hospital and got to the hospital and had it turned off for REAL.  I now have a new ICD and I am very anxious it might happen again, although I have been assured it won't.  I guess what I need are some ideas to become less anxiious.

I have had my new ICD almost a month and all seems well.

It is very heavy fee;ing.  Does that get any better?
