Digital scales

Hello, I am 100 percent paced due to complete heart block. I was wondering if anyone has had any problems from weighing themselves. On my last checkup I have some irregularities and I am wondering if this could be the problem as the irregularities are on the same date as I got weighed.

The scales that also measure body fat can be a problem so avoid them.

Personally, I haven't found any scale to be friendly and the one at the doctor's office is never kind.  :-)
