Chest pressure with bending

Hi everyone hope everyone is having a good day. I have a question for you pacers out there, has yone experience pain and pressure around your heart when bending over. it may not be pacemaker related. I don't know? My cardiologist thinks that I could possibly have blockage I pray not. I've got 9 cardiac stents, and have had way to much work done on my heart. but I am greatful to be alive. I had a stress test done yesterday. I will get the results February 2nd. I am doing better with the recovery of the pacemaker. So pacers be encouraged it will get better.
