Welcome to our club, Ray Ray.

1) These problems don’t sound related to your impending replacement;

2) Run, don’t walk, to the nearest ER.

You are very young for a heart attack but honestly, a guy in my church, all of 36 y/o, had a cerebral stroke last week - and he’s not overweight, doesn’t smoke, doesn’t drink, doesn’t do drugs. I know another guy that was an officer in the Coast Guard and he had a heart attack at around 26 years of age.  It does happen.

What’s your diagnosis; i.e., why did you get a PM in the first place?

Keep us posted.

I might be wrong but let me tell you sth i have experienced. I am 100% dependent, last summer I have an infection and experienced same pain in arm and etc. It might not be relevant to you, maybe it is different case :)

good luck with your replacement of PM. I am going to have mine soon too.

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.
