First Pacemaker questions

I just got my first pacemaker implanted 2 weeks ago, and to day was my follow up appointment. I had bradychardia and an RBBB before the pacemaker that was causing obvious symptoms like fatigue. I havent experianced much of a change in my energy levels like i was expecting though. I almost passed out at a football game the other day and it is still very difficult for me to shower without feeling weak. At my appointment today my chardiologist told me my blood pressure is low. I'm looking for anyone who has expeerianced this same kind of let down after getting a pacemaker and what your doctor said/ how you're dealing with it. Thank you so much!

I too have low bp but mine was there before my low pulse was even found my electrophysologist prescribed florinef which has helped my bp stay at a more normal rate. Then they discovered my low pulse rate which I had my PM implanted on September 1st 2017 to correct that. I must say with both of these corrected I feel great
