Swelling

Hi i had my first pm put in last week of sept 2017 so i am about three weeks now can anyone tell me am i always going to have this hard bump on my chest or does it go away and if so about how long thank you gor your time

It will for sure get better than it is now! Three weeks is just getting started healing. They settle in over the first few months, up to a year. How much it settles depends on our build and where they put it. If it's just under the skin and you are slender it will show more once fully healed than if you have more padding or they put it deeper.  Ice should help with the swelling as well as any lingering pain. 

Is it soft or hard like a rock ?

If it's soft, as Tracey said is a bruise from the surgery, if it's hard like a rock it's the Pacemaker :)
