Can I get a shadow fade 36 hours after surgery?

My pacemaker surgery was completed on 8/17/17 11:00pm. I normally get a haircut around this time, would it be safe for me to get a haircut now? I feel so stiff and I would hate if the barber moving my head/spinning the chair cause damage to my pacemaker.

It's not going to do any damage. If you feel up to it, go for it.

Thank You

I agree that there is little risk of causing damage to the pacemaker with having a hair cut now. However, nobody will make a big fuss if your hair grows a little bit in the next week or two. I wouldn't do it if it makes me too uncomfortable. It's a matter of priorities.

Yesterday was my first day mountain biking after my implant. I wiped out several times and everything is fine. There are sports after pacemakers!
