Michael Jackson the King of Pop, dies! AW!!

Michael Jackson, the charismatic musician who came to be known as The "King of Pop,' has died at the age of 50.
Michael's brother Jermaine, during a brief statement at the hospital, said the following: "My brother, the legendary King of Pop Michael Jackson, passed away on Thursday, June 25 at 2:26 pm. It is believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home. However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of an autopsy are known. His personal p hysician who was with him at the time attempted to resuscitate my brother, as did the the paramedics transported him to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Upon arriving at the hospital at approximately 1:14pm, a team of doctors including emergency physicians and cardiologists attempted to resuscitate him for a period of more than one hour, and were unsuccessful. My family requests that the media please respect our privacy during this tough time, and may all love be with you, Michael, always."

This was copied and paste from another posting online. Just wanted to ask everyone to pray for Michael Jackson's family!

When they mentioned that MJ went into cardiac arrest, it made me think of how blessed all of us are to have our pm's and ICD's. I had doctors tell me a few times how lucky I was not to die of SCD--especially my last episode.

Peace, James!

I know what you mean, I felt the same way my friend. I just read the latest post on Michael Jackson, there saying he was recieving a shot of Demerol daily and he recieved a shot on Thursday and they're suspecting it was too high of a dose. We all have to be aware of our meds. Now days the medicine we take plays a big part in how it affects our hearts and body. It's ashame when someone takes a medicine to feel better, just to have further complication or even death. We have to be aware of how much medicine we take and how often we take them. I know this was a freak accident, but how sad to see such a person die because of one shot that was over look on how much dose it should of been.

Thank Ela-girl for commenting on my postings.

Your the best,
James

It's really sad that all three of them are not with us anymore. We should feel really bless to have a pacemaker that saves us from dying. It's a blessing to have this device called a pacemaker. How many of us could of died if not for this life changing device. I'm so grateful to have all of you in my life and may we remember how blessed we really are! My love and prayers go out to the families of Ed, Farrah and Michael!

Thank you for posting a comment, it means a lot to me!

I can understand how you might feel this way, especially when the media for the most part focuses on the negetive of some of these celebs. The reality is that each one of these celebs are human and they made mistakes as we all have at one point in our lives. He made a great impression in my generation and change the pop culture forever. He was a very intertaining person with great talent. I'm looking at Michael Jackson as a great man, I will not focuse on any negetive that anyone speaks about Michael Jackson. If you don't feel the same then pay no attention to the post.

Thank you,
James

You know you're wired when...

Bad hair days can be blamed on your device shorting out.

Sometimes a device must be tuned a few times before it is right. My cardiologist said it is like fine tuning a car.
