RIGHT SIDE RIGHT

I shoot left handed with rifle and shotgun, right handed with pistol. I actually shoot expert either side any weapon, but left is more comfortable when snap or wing shooting.
My implant is on right side. Under the muscle.
My first was on left and under skin. I got infected so reimplant was placed on right side.
The right side hurt worse for a shorter period of time. Healed faster. Less noticable (under the muscle). I had way less problems with it than the left side.
By the way I can use scissors with either hand, any hand tool either hand, but can only write with my right hand!

My pm is on the right. I have weird vein anatomy on the left that was decribed as a torturous mountain range...lol. It had also grown a second branch off of it shaped like a "u" with slight stenosis, so it was a no go on the left. Just my natural anatomy. The only real issue for me is that I'm right handed so I've been more limited than I would have been with the implant on the left.

Unless you shoot a rifle or shotgun, once you heal it won't matter which side it's on. They usually put it on the left because it's the shortest path to the heart.

My pacemaker was installed in 1998 and I have not felt better. The mental part is the toughest.
Lefty too

And my implant is still on the left. No problems, but I don't shoot or play golf, which can be a consideration.
