I was the same way. I'm two weeks in and just starting to feel like some energy is coming back.

I've seen many posts about people being concerned about exercise after having a device so thought I would let you know that yesterday I raced my first marathon since having my pacemaker fitted in fall 2004.
Tiredness after PM insertion

This is normal. Any surgery will produce tiredness after a few days, if not sooner. It is not so much the physical trauma ( for minor surgery), rather the stress/anxiety. You cope with the emergency, once the nervous system settles , there is a catch up in making all those chemicals that keep us functioning when someone does things to you that are unnatural to our senses ( like cutting us, putting wires, and electrical equipment into our bodies). There is an energy cost to this, and to the healing process.
You will see under the search facilities many similar experiences as you have described.
Just make sure you have not got an infection - take your temperature and check your operation site- there should not be increased redness and tenderness.
Feet up, keep eating the grapes, all will settle. You will then just have to get yourself fit. I hope you are not withdrawing from your cannabis!!
Best wishes,
