Tattoos

I'm considering getting my first tattoo, it would not be near my Pacemaker site, but I'm just wondering about possible complications or risks that may occur. Any input?

.......As someone who has no tattoos and has no intention to have one, I have been very interested over the years to just how often this question comes up here on PMC....

As 'Wise Tracey' has said...Not directly over the PM site...now, the reason is this...when you get to having a new PM box fitted sometime in the future, your surgeon will have absolutely no interest in the pictorial outcome of your artwork...or ...and wait for it...any lettering that might well be re-stitched to result in some 'Wonky Word'

A long time back someone suggested a tattoo on the other side that read.." Look over there "....one dearly beloved member had a tattoo of a dial , as in 1 to 10.

In the 'Old Days' PM Club had a search function that gave access to all previous references to topics, and tattoos was well represented...

Does this facility / data base still exist ??

yes on my browser I see a little magnifying glass to the right of the word LOGOUT, top right-ish, search for tattoo there, to see the endless number of comments on the topic.
