Hi everyone,
Yesterday I had my generator changed. Today I am feeling a "tapping sensation" which is insynch with the pulse at my wrist so I know it is the ventricle pacing. ( for a week prior to the replacement surgery I was feeling the VVI pacing in this same location just more forceful and at then it was asynchronous and I was miserable). I'm going in this afternoon to the pacer clinic and of course will have them check everything out- just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why this might be happening. I'm not uncomfortable ( other than incision) or short of breath and did not feel this sensation until I woke up this morning. Maybe the voltage is too high? The Medtronic rep said she set the new generator the same as my old one. Any thoughts?
