Had a medtronic icd implanted feb 27th 2017. Prior to that in oct i was 100% blocked on 9 arteries. 3 native, 3 first cabg 3 second cabg. Doc unblocked all arteries in october with impella pump but it left me short of breath. In jan he said ef was 20 and my signal was 128ms so he was putting a icd into me since i crossed the threshold of 114ms.
Before i was short of breath but still got out and did the chores, watering feeding the critters and i was working on a couple vehicles rebuilding transmissions.
Now i can't hardly get up out of bed sometimes without legs being so weak i have to stagger to the chair and sit. I'm not technically tired, just weak and muscles exhausted.
I am not sure if it is heart, diet, or what. I also eat something and it makes me nauseas. I tend to stay with raw fermented foods, (kimchi) and maybe a grilled chicken breast or green beans flavored with bacon.
I'm diabetic so bs is a real pain in the arse. its not under control as i can't get the insulin to keep it under control. most of the tiem i can keep it under 170 though but usually from eating very little.
I think my calories are under 1200 a day, and carbs are under 15g a day.
Is this fatigue going to go away?
I think my icd is set to 70bpm.

My eight year old son had a pacemaker since he was 6 months old. He does very well, plays soccer, baseball, and rides his bike. I am so glad he is not ashamed of his pacemaker. He will proudly show his "battery" to anyone.
