I am in that area, but I follow a number of EP's on twitter.

From what I have seen from his comments I would try Westby  Fisher.

My hospital of choice

I go to Northwestern for anything cardiac related that doesn't need immediate attention by my local cardiologist.  I had my pacemaker implanted at NWM in 2013 by Dr. Aurora and this past January I had my mitral valve replaced at NWM.  I can't say enough about how great my experiences (as a patient and as a family member of a patient) have been at NWM.  The nurses in the pacemaker clinic are absolutely wonderful and are great about seeing you in the clinic asap if you feel you are having problems.

Loyola and University of Chicago would also be good hospitals to consider.

Please message me if you have any specific questions.

RUSH is a good hospital.  The hospital I work at is affiliated with RUSH.

Fingers crossed!

I wasn't really self-conscious about it. I didn't even know I had one until around six or seven years old. I just thought I had a rock in my side.
