Hey there, I am your age, I am a 23 year old woman, and has my pacemaker put in 6 days ago!
You know you're wired when...
Your pacemaker receives radio frequencies.

No you are not the youngest member by a long shot. We have some infants who're members, they just don't type so well and are usually out playing so you don't see much from them. Rest assured you're not alone.
A normal heart rate while at rest is anything between 60 and 100 beats per minute, so you are well within a normal range. I have no idea whether you are paced at that rate or have demand pacing and this is your natural heart rhythm.
Additionally, when you are active your heart rate increases to supply extra oxygen and nutrients needed by your body so sounds like all is good.
Stop worrying about the battery. My device paces both sides of my heart all the time (100%). Additionally I get big zaps when I get out of line and I sure don't worry about battery life. I just hope Samsung isn't the supplier for my battery.
