Hi! I am owner of a new PM for the last 17 days. I have some funny episode for the last seven days at exactly same time (23.50 PM). It started in a stomach and the heart rate is higher than normal.Never last more than 10sec.After that everything is back in normal.Five nights before they put me on the ecg but it didn't show any abnormality.Any idea! Bye

My Guess

is that is the time your device conducts a self test. The first week home with my ICD I awoke at 1:50am to a weird feeling in my chest; a fluttering feeling. By the time I was really awake enough to try to figure it out, it had stopped.
Ten days after my implantation I had an appointment with my Device Tech and Cardiologist. She explained that she was going to "interrogate" my device (a procedure utilizing the wifi within the device to check the settings, etc.). She told me she was going to pace my heart at a higher rate. There was that feeling again!!! I explained what had happened before and she told me that my device was scheduled to report in every night and to conduct the self test weekly. She changed the self test to quarterly for me.
Call your Device Tech and ask them about it...

This is my second Christmas with my pacemaker and I am so happy to be with my family.
if it same time then probably a self-test

When mine does a self-test I only notice the lower chamber because it feels like my heart is beating in my throat and only lasts a few seconds. Mine is set to do a self-test at a random time and it doesn't bother me since I've only noticed it a handful of times over the past 5 months.
At one of my visits the nurse told me that they can change when it occurs or if it is bothering me they can turn it off.
