Is it safe to take oxycodone after you have a dual chamber pm put in?

Oxycodone will not have any effect on the PM.

But the questions is what is the underlying medical condition that requires the PM. And what other meds that your are on.

Those might be bothered by the oxycodone.

Start by talking with your pharmacist. They, more than doctors, are specialist on the action of the meds and any interaction there might be with other meds.
