lethargy

Hi have only just been given a pacemaker, was given a diagnosis of left bundle branch block, almost 3 yr ago.
Taken into hospital on monday 4th january with pulse of 30 and tachycardio, had my pacemaker fitted the following day. Since returning home i am so tired can i ask if this is normal for recovery

.....its a long shot...but get your Vitamin D level checked out...just today I found out that I am 28%...now on Fultium 800 IU (= 20mg D3 0...

This might explain my lacklustre everything....'tired'..cannot be bothered etc etc...
