Interrogation Help Frustrated Newbie

I am 68 year old, previously healthy and active female. I had a Biotronic Eluna 8 DR-T implanted the day before Thanksgiving this year. I had been suddenly diagnosed with SSS Brady/tachy, proximal aFib, and SVT. Symptoms prior to PM were vague fatigue, dizziness, sob, and chest tightness. I continue to have same symptoms, only worse, post PM....hence my frustration.

I take Propafenone ER 225 and metoprolol ER 25 twice daily, and aspirin 325. My BP is well within normal range most days. I am aware of occasional palpitations, but do not know if they are simple pvc's, aFib, or what. Interrogation this week should reveal what has been going on more specifically.

Biotronik tech interrogated PM a few days after implant because I was having so much trouble. He adjusted CLS down to low and bottom parameter from 60 to 55. I didn't notice any improvement and did have a couple of days of wonkiness that I have since read about on this awesome site. Apparently, it is a glitch in Biotronik CLS software.

I am having scheduled interrogation day after tomorrow. I would REALLY appreciate guidance as to what I need to ask the tech. I have read so many posts that indicate the importance of finding out whether or not I need the CLS at all or not. I will definitely ask that. The tech did not seem to know anything about my case when he last interrogated. He didn't even know what my diagnosis was. I got the impression that he doesn't know his product very well either since he didn't know that my Messenger 2S has an alert light on it that is supposed to alert me to call the doc. He commented that he guessed he needed to retread the manual.

Also, would appreciate input regarding how long it should take to adjust to meds. I am so groggy all the time. It takes tremendous effort to make myself dress and go for a walk or bike ride. I have always been pretty active, but not now. Have gained quite a bit of weight which is concerning. And to finish my giant whine, I am sinking into depression. Thanks !
