I had my pace maker put in two weeks 3 days ago.I woke up twice the last few nights with discomfort slight pain and a slight headache, from rolling on my left side. It was not intentionally. I must be healing up.I am trying to come up with a way to stop this from happening for a few more weeks. Any suggestions?

Yeah, the pillow works

Same as TraceyE, I had to use the pillow for a while. It would keep me from rolling too far.
It's really bothersome not to be able to sleep on one side or the other. They broke my ribs on the right and I had the PM on the left. For a while I could only sleep on my back. You don't realize how much you sleep on your sides until you can't do it. So I feel your frustration. Just realize, after a while you'll be able to go back to sleeping on your sides.
Hope everything else goes well for you.
Thank you

Used a an extra pillow on my left side last night. Sleep OK.

I'm 44, active and have had my device for two years. I love it as I can run again and enjoy working out without feeling like I'm an old man.
a pillow

I found it helpful to sleep hugging a small pillow with my left arm. If I start to roll, the pillow keeps me from getting too far.
