Male breast growth

About three years ago I was prescribed Finasteride for my prostate (BPH) prior to laser surgery. When taking I had growth of my breast tissue. After stopping it the right breast returned to normal but the left remained a little enlarged.
Since having a pacemaker fitted four months ago the left breast just under the pacemaker has again grown (not large but grown) and feels wobbly on movement.
I did not initially feel the pacemaker in place but now I feel it slightly digging in when laying on my left side. I also get a tight feeling around it and of movement when leaning or putting pressure on my left arm. Part of my shoulder bone still feels numb since the operation.
How much of this is normal and what reaction will I get when I see my cardiologist and mention it. I did also have a nuemo thorax after the pacemaker was fitted and still get days when I feel a similar pain in the rib/chest area. I have had two chest X-Rays since that were clear.
