PM 1 day ago/need to have gallbladder out

Hi!

I'm new to the club. I had my pacemaker put in 2 days ago due to a heartbeat of 30, Mobitz 2 -

I also need my gallbladder removed. I have chest pains and am coughing a lot; gallbladder pain as well. Has anyone else experienced this?
