heart failure

every thing you have described sounds like you already are in heart failure. except that you don't list your ejection factor. but the gaining of 10 lbs of water weight (about 2 gallons of water) is a big indication of something going wrong, (could also be a kidney issue, or an electrolyte imbalance)

Not a Doctor, so take this with a grain of salt.

The protocol on Corlanor is for Patients with stable, symptomatic chronic HF with LVEF ≤ 35% and in sinus rhythm with resting heart rate ≥ 70 bpm and Maximum tolerable dose of a beta Blocker, or Contraindicated
to beta-blocker use.

Potassium and Sodium balance is what controls water in the body, so I would want to see what they are. (the cramping could be an low potassium or a , which will cause water retention.)

Sorry got pulled away when a tool went down at work. don't remember my train of thought on that last sentence don't think the or a should be in the sentence ).

Some of the meds can also cause muscle pains, (Beta Blockers being a main culprit)

I was looking for a web site that provides guidance for heart failure. Basically a low sodium heart diet, take your meds and watch for weight changes. and limit fluid intake.

Best case is follow up with your Cardiologist,
