If you are strong and feel good, don't worry too much if the definition isn't there. We're all built differently, it seems some people pick the weight up long enough to put away and have great arms! How much we weigh is a factor, more padding means you can't see the muscle as well. I never had anything other than minor toning until I went heavier, switched from hand weights to barbells and kettlebells. I also figured out I have to regularly work hard enough to be sore the next day. Mild workouts don't get visible results, either, at least not for me.

Thin arms

I always had thin arms but not toned. Now my arms are bigger and toned but no definition. I am sure my diet blows ! I do not eat red meat (hate it). I guess will work harder and continue my path to a better me.

I am not planning on letting any of this shorten my life. I am planning on living a long happy battery operated life. You never know maybe it will keep me alive longer. I sure know one thing I would have been dead before starting school without it.
