heart rate up and down quickly

I have found that after an ablation caused from sarcoidosis my heart rate which was paced at 70 with my pacemaker my heart rare fluctuates from 70 to 100 and then back again within a minute. It now happens all day long at rest. I'm wondering if my pacemaker can be adjusted for this.

Got my pm in sept 2015 and now my heart rate does the same thing as yours. Does make one anxious with sudden spikes up to 120 but quickly back down.
Am eager to see cardiac surgeon in Dec to explain things. I was given little info when discharged from hospital and do not know what my bedside monitor is measuring.
