Hi, posting here for d first time. Got my pacemaker installed on 29th July of this year. I am a dancer and I have an office meet in January. There is an event on dance as well. My colleagues need a help in thr and I want to dance. Is it ok to dance???? People at home are not in favor but is it because of a machine I have to sacrifice my passion!!!!!

There shouldn't be any reason why you can't dance. I got my implant this year, and I'm out playing ball and going to the gym. I'm sometimes active for two full hours at a time. Go out and have fun!

If you were able to dance before, nothing about having a pacemaker should stop you from dancing now.
You pacemaker will help your heart speed up when needed making dancing easier, and possibly safer than it was before. And the exercise is good for your heart, both the physical heart and the emotional heart.
Get out there and do what you love.
and I did it

Absolutely you can dance. The purpose of the pacemaker is to allow you to live a normal life. Unless you have special restrictions (from your cardiologist) there is no reason why you can't do anything!
I have had my PM for 30 years and played competitive sports, worked-out, and have had no restrictions.
You are supposed to live your life. That is why you received the PM.
