I use kettlebells at the gym and one movement that I can't do is the swings, the grip toward the top of the swing is too narrow and I get grinding and catching of the PM on my collarbone. I found that if I use two kettlebells (one in each hand) totalling the weight of one I can swing up to the top in full flexion without any problem. I can use one heavier one to do the deadlift high pulls and turkish get ups though. Hope that helps :)

Yesterday I moved to a new place in my mind and realized how bad I felt 'before' and the difference my pacemaker has made.

I don't have any problems with kettlebells, dumbbells or barbells. Rule of thumb is wait at least 6 weeks, and stop if it hurts. As long as it isn't super close to the collarbone it should be fine.
