Sometimes a device must be tuned a few times before it is right. My cardiologist said it is like fine tuning a car.
no problem

Ease into it, start slowly and see how you feel but you should be able to do just about any lift/exercise you want. I do upright row, bent row, plank rows, rowing machine, kayaks and canoes. I do not do ring rows (on back on floor, grab rings and pull up, like an upside down push up). I'm not worried about hurting the pm but they get deep in the pecs, aggravate my scar tissue and leave me sore for a few days. The pm is titanium and the leads get grown in so well it takes a laser and specialized surgery if they need to come out. Ordinary or even strenuous exercise is not going to damage it.
