Weakness

Tomorrow will be 6 weeks with my pacemaker. I'm 56 years old and never have been so weak in my life.

Look at the meds you are taking? Do they cause fatique? I was doing fine after my ICD implant, but then they put me on a Beta Blocker!

Hi!
Weakness can result from many causes. Regardless of the cause.........
recovery, settings, medications (including over the counter), a combination of medications, illness, etc., your body is sending a signal that somethng is not right. Please get with your doctors. Though it is what we usually think of first when we have a heart issue, keep in mind the weakness may not be heart related. Take care, and I hope you are feeling better soon.
