Hello, I have 5 months with my pacemaker. Everything was going well however today I felt like an electric shock sensation. It was a weird, different feeling. It kind of left me shaky. Has anyone experience this? If yes, why does one get that feeling? Thanks in advance

A lot of people get idiopathic pain - i.e. pain for which there is no explanation. No one can determine when it will happen. No on can determine why it happened.
Post PM implant I was getting sharp pains in the neck muscles on the same side as the pacemaker. The only thing to which I can attribute the sharp pains were the nerves under the clavicle where the leads went into the veins going into the heart. Massage therapy plus warm compresses as well as tylenol helped relieve the problem.
If your pain only happens once, I wouldn't get concerned about it. It could be a vasovagal nerve response that can't be tracked down. However, if it starts happening on a regular basis, you will want to start discussions with your medical people.
