woke up with arm above my head

Hello,
I had a pm installed on friday. Last night, monday (3 days after insertion) I woke up with my left arm above my head. Not sure if I need to worry that either lead pulled out. Should I call or wait for my checkup on Thursday?

I sleep with my arms above my head when I am warm. My bride purchased an XXXL T-shirt for me. I put my right arm through the right sleeve and leave the left arm inside the shirt. Plenty of room for comfort, but I cannot raise my left arm.
