Seeing PM rep after surgery

I had a Boston Scientific PM put in four weeks ago. They had to go back in the next day to reconnect a wire. I saw the rep and Dr. the next day, but haven't seen the rep or Dr. since then. Had my stitches out in the office a couple of weeks ago and have been ok, except that I am still having the exact same symptoms that I got the PM for. Slow and skipped beats that make me feel like I am going to pass out. I am supposed to see a tech tomorrow but no Dr. for three months.
My question, is this the normal progression after surgery? Should I expect more, less?? Friends with NO pm experience, say that doesn't seem right! Just curious..
Thanks

Thanks for your comments. I let them know about the symptoms twice, but they didn't seem concerned, so I am anxiously awaiting my meeting tomorrow with the tech!
Wait and see

Don't want to burst your bubble but the meeting with the PM tech may be anticlimactic. He may look at the settings and appear to do nothing.
When you first get the PM it seems as though the EP takes a wait-and-see attitude. They want to see how your heart is going to react after getting the PM. After things somewhat settle down then they make changes.
In the meantime, you might want to write down any questions you have for the tech. I usually get in the room, find out something new and forget questions I want answered.
Hope everything goes well for you.

Sounds about right. I often see just the rep rather than the dr. I like it that way, the rep knows the device better than the dr does, and he doesn't hesitate to go get the dr or his PA when he has a question or concern. The settings are a prescription so even if you don't see the dr, he is involved. If you are still having symptoms, they need to know asap. It could be the settings, it could be the lead is still not right, or something else could be going on.
