new pacer 1 week in

I have a double lead medtronic pace maker for sss im haveing week spells and still feel really bad is this normal

I got my pacemaker two weeks ago for SSS. I immediately felt a difference. Now I can actually sleep at night without pausing. I hope you can find out what the problem is, so that you feel much better, too.
